Reservation
2.1. To secure a spot at the event, participants must complete a registration form providing their personal and medical information, and submit a deposit amounting to at least 50% of the event's total cost.
2.2. Upon receiving the deposit and verifying that the participant meets all necessary health criteria, Master Plan will confirm their reservation for the specified event.
2.3. Should the participant fail to meet the health requirements or if Master Plan has serious doubts about the accuracy of the medical details provided, the reservation will be canceled, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued within five days.
Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices listed on the website include applicable taxes.
3.2. Deposits can be made via bank transfer, Bizum (just for Spain), or cash.
3.3. The balance must be settled in full by the start of the event in cash (in euros) unless the amount exceeds the legal cash transaction limit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy (by the customer)
4.1. Participants can cancel their reservation at any time by notifying Master Plan.
4.2. If cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event, participants may apply the full deposit towards another event scheduled within the next 12 months. If the deposit is not used within that time frame, it will be forfeited.
4.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in a total loss of the deposit, with no option to transfer it to another event.
4.4. Under no circumstances will the deposit be refundable.
4.5. If a participant decides to leave the event early, no refund will be made for the unused portion of the event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy (By the Master Plan)

5.2. If Master Plan cancels an event, participants will be offered the option to transfer their reservation to another date or receive a full refund of all payments made.
Travel and Insurance
6.1. Travel to the event location or a designated pickup point arranged by Master Plan is the responsibility of the participants and is at their own expense. Master Plan is not liable for any delays or cancellations by travel providers nor for any travel documentation issues.
6.2. Considering potential travel disruptions, Master Plan strongly recommends that participants, especially those coming from abroad, obtain travel insurance that covers activity-related incidents, unexpected flight cancellations, illnesses, and other pertinent issues.
Schedule Adjustments
7.1. The Master Plan may need to alter the event’s activities or schedules due to unforeseen circumstances unrelated to the organization. In such instances, Master Plan will inform participants as promptly as possible and will make the necessary adjustments to similar activities or reschedule with minimal disruption.
Health and Safety
8.1. If Master Plan discovers any discrepancy between a participant’s reported health condition and their actual condition, or if a participant is deemed unfit for the activities, or if instructions are not followed, Master Plan reserves the right to limit the participant’s engagement in certain activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
Personal Belongings
9.1. Master Plan is not liable for any loss or damage to participants’ personal belongings during the event, unless directly caused by the organization’s staff.
